“First, IDC France has 14 stations installed; one responsible is in charge of the various steps covering the survey production (interviewers’ recruitment, administrative declarations, training, day-to-day follow-up, questionnaire and database setting up, interview modifications and analysis reports). We are using Converso to process our telephone interviews. When the time came to change software, we spontaneously went for Converso. The other options we took into consideration quickly appeared to be too complicated to use, especially because of the expertise level required regarding the databases. 

Besides, we chose Converso because it met both our small-sized call centers’ specifications and it can be used on a larger scale.

At last, we are particularly satisfied with the technical support that has always been efficient and helpful whatever problem we were facing. It’s on specific level that we really feel the partnership established between Conversoft and their clients. This cooperation is also active for all the software improvements. »
