Conversoft
Created in 1985, Conversoft has been designing, publishing and distributing market research software for the last 25 years (POLLUX, ASTEL, CONVERSO). The company met with success for the first time thanks to Pollux in 1990 and then renewed the market with Converso in 1998.
This product quickly became the reference tool in France thanks to its incomparable power, then extended to Europe, and is now carving out market shares throughout the world. Today, Conversoft equips over 12,000 workstations across 200 clients throughout the world.
In 2001, Conversoft became a 100% subsidiary of Business & Decision, a consulting and data engineering company, specialising in Customer Intelligence, E-Business, Management Consulting and Business Intelligence. Founded in 1992 and listed on the Euronext Paris, Business & Decision's mission is to use consulting services and technology to optimise the performance of organisations. The group then acquired a strong international business network and benefited from its technical synergies.
In July 2010, Conversoft merged with Grimmersoft. The combination of Conversoft’s expertise in data collection, and Grimmersoft’s capacities in statistical analysis and reporting tools, has lead to the creation of the most powerful and complete research platform on the market. This new entity, renamed Feedback & Co, takes pole position as leader of the research and Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) market.
