Background
Created in 1985, Conversoft has been designing, publishing and distributing market research software for the last 20 years (POLLUX, ASTEL, CONVERSO, ...). The company met success for the first time thanks to Pollux in 1990 and then renewed the market with Converso in 1998. This product quickly became the reference tool in France thanks to its incomparable power, then in Europe an is now carving out market shares throughout the world. Today, Conversoft equips over 11,000 workstations at over 200 clients throuhgout the world.
In 2001, Conversoft became a 100% subsidiary of Business & Decision, is a consulting and data engineering company, specialised in Business Intelligence, Customer Intelligence, E-Business and Management Consulting. Founded in 1992 and listed on the Euronext Paris, Business & Decision's mission is to use consulting services and technology to optimise the performance of organisations. The group then acquires a strong international business network and took benefit from its technical synergies. In 2005, Jean-Marie Demoulian and Fabien Souletie were appointed managers of Conversoft to perform a merger with the group and launch a development campaign based on innovation.
